- Scrub two-three times per week, all year 'round
- Massage pouch and product to combine before each use
- Best used in the shower on wet skin. Use a handful of scrub, rubbing in a circular motion all over body, focusing on rough patches. Add more scrub as you go; don't be shy!
- Avoid use on broken or sunburned skin, and intimate areas
