Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays that are outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International delivery
At this time, we only ship within Canada and the USA.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@sugarsugarscrubco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We regret we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the product, we regret that we are unable to accept returns on body scrubs or lip polishes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us so we can make it right. Orders@sugarsugarscrubco.com
